Western Ballet

Western Ballet's performance program includes full-length classical ballets, contemporary works, and original works created on the dancers themselves by guest choreographers. The Mountain View Ballet Company and School, founded in 1967, gives dance training that emphasizes the art of classical ballet. It teaches dance in a manner that encourages children, teens and adults to achieve individual excellence and develop discipline, creativity and confidence that last a lifetime. It offers a graded program for students pursuing a pre-professional track, an open program for teens, three levels of classes for adults, and adult pointe.
