Avila Winery offers five varietals from its recent harvests including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cote d’Avila. Its vineyards produce grapes with incomparable characteristics because of the extended growing season, high acidity, low pH and high fruit qualities.
