Barbara Lazaroff and Wolfgang Puck made a big splash in
Malibu with the August 1991 opening of Granita. Inspired by the flavors and colors of the Meditteranean architectural designer Lazaroff describes her concept as "an abstract interpretation of water".
GRANITA selects the freshest harvest from local producers and choices fish for the extensive menu from the Pacific Northwest, New England and France. Granita's dinner, brunch, and desserts menus change seasonally.
Granita is open on the weekdays from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and on weekends from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
