California State University-Northridge

Founded in 1958 (as San Fernando Valley State College), Northridge is a vibrant, diverse university community of nearly 28,000 students and more than 3,300 faculty and staff, sited on a 353-acre campus in the heart of Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley.

They offer 58 bachelor's and 52 master's degree programs. The Colleges of Arts, Media & Communication; Business Administration & Economics; Education; Engineering & Computer Science; Extended Learning; Health & Human Development; Humanities; Science & Mathematics and Social & Behavioral Sciences give both undergrads and graduate students a nice variety of disciplines from which to choose.

CSU-Northridge is located in Los Angeles County, CA. Athletic scholarships are given in football, basketball, baseball, track/cross country and other sports while student housing is available for 3243.
