San Francisco is the original home of the educational institution founded in 1863 by Edward Payson Heald. In 1998, on Heald s 135th anniversary, a campus was opened in the heart of the financial district with easy access to Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and the TransBay bus terminal. The 60,000-square-foot campus has fully networked computers with Internet access for all students.
