Napa Valley wine producing region, Napa Valley College's tree-lined campus sits on a 180-acre site overlooking the Napa River. Located 50 miles northeast of
San Francisco, the college serves 10,000 students and offers outstanding facilities, including a producing vineyard and wine-making curriculum.
The main campus includes outstanding laboratories and technical facilities, fully accessible classrooms, and a six-acre vineyard. The Upper Valley Campus, in its picturesque setting in St. Helena includes a professional teaching kitchen and a varietal collection vineyard.
In addition to more traditional curricula, NVC offers the "expected" Viticulture and Wine Technology program as a legitimate Associate of Science degree area of study. The Electronics programs (including Biomedical Electronic, Communications/CATV Technology and Electronics Technology) are also a nice variation from the "ordinary".
