Windsor Gymnastics Center provides quality and professional gymnastics instruction to the students. Classes are offered from ages of 18 months to the competition level. The Performance Team comes under general gymnastics which incorporates dance, gymnastics and props. This is a great way to stimulate recreational gymnasts to work together as a group and offers an alternative for those who are not able to make the commitment to team.
