Long Beach Museum of Art

The Long Beach Museum of Art is located on a magnificent bluff site overlooking Long Beach Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. The museum includes the historic Elizabeth Milbank Anderson house and carriage house (built in 1912), oceanfront gardens, and a new pavilion with two floors of gallery space for changing exhibitions. In addition to changing exhibitions, the Museum offers extensive educational programs for children and adults, musical programs, festivals, and other special events.

To get to the museum from Los Angeles, take the 710 Fwy South to Shoreline Drive. Proceed on Shoreline Drive to Ocean Blvd. Turn right on Ocean Blvd. Once you pass Junipero, the Museum will be on your right. To get there from Orange County, take the 405 Fwy North, exit at 7th St./22 West. Follow 7th St. to Junipero Ave. and turn left. The Museum will be on your right.
