Ione, Lake Amador has 13.5 miles of shoreline and is stocked from a private on-site fish hatchery. No water skiing, jetboats or motorcycles are allowed on the lake. Lakeside camping, hot showers, and flush toilets are available to guests. Tables and BBQs are provided. The campsite features a swimming pool with a 50-foot waterslide. RV storage is available. Reservations are suggested for February through Labor Day.
