Community Hospital of San Bernardino (CHSB), a not-for-profit organization, has a long tradition of providing needed health care services to residents of San Bernardino and the surrounding communities. As the second oldest medical center in San Bernardino services include the 291-bed acute care hospital, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility (Community Convalescent Center), and an adult day care center (Community Adult Day Care). Founded in 1908 as the Ramona Hospital in downtown San Bernardino, the CHSB campus and services have expanded over the years to meet the health care needs of Inland Empire residents.

The mission of the hospital is to provide acute inpatient care, long-term care and a wide range of outpatient, ancillary, and therapeutic services. The vision of the hospital is to create and provide health care solutions, and meet the health care needs of the community.
