Southwest Healthcare System includes two acute care hospitals. Inland Valley is located just off Clinton Keith Road, east of Interstate 15 in Wildomar and Rancho Springs is located between the 15 and 215 freeway split in Murrieta.

The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations accredits the hospitals. They strive to offer patients the most sophisticated medical technology available, from emergency medicine to same-day surgery to maternity care.
