Bikram Yoga College teaches yoga which is a demanding 26 pose series, affecting every muscle, ligament, and internal organ of the body. Every pose is meant to be performed by each student to the best of one's ability, bringing inner peace to the mind and body. Their studio is 1,500 square feet by 300 square feet and the temperature is controlled with the latest heating system for a consistent atmosphere and environment. There are changing rooms and showers for both men and women and our ground floor bathroom is handicap-accessible with a shower.
