The Yoga Studio provides an opportunity for physical, mental and spiritual well being. Hot yoga and other hot classes are practiced in the heated studio. Yoga and other healing art classes are practiced in a non-heated room. Some of the body work sessions include reflexology, acupressure, aromatherapy and thai yoga massage. The Self Realization Course is intended to fully awaken and enlighten the consciousness of the participant.
