Southwest Grill makes its food from scratch, including boiling the chilis for enchilada sauce and rolling the tamales. The menu items are fresh, savoury and filled with great southwest flavors such as chipotle peppers, grilled tomatoes, and avocados and lime. A fixed meal plan is provided for groups of 50 or more than 300 persons.
