Pop's Old Capitol Creamery

This is a popular tourist attraction in historic Benicia, California. The Creamery is located across the street from the Benicia Capitol State Historic Park. Pop's is the oldest operating soda fountain in the San Francisco Bay area.

Pop's serves authentic and hard to find fountain items including phosphates, sundaes, old fashioned ice cream sodas, and New York eggcreams.
