Rancho Cucamonga

Rancho Cucamonga is a premiere city in the Inland Empire of California -- one of the nation's fastest growing metropolitan areas. The name "Cucamonga" comes from the Shoshonean Indian word kukamonga, which means "sandy place." The climate in Rancho Cucamonga is generally sunny and warm making it a wonderful place to reside or visit.

The city is crowned by the beautiful San Gabriel mountains, and has heritage of vineyards, ranchos, orchards, and wineries that are reflected in historic buildings that reside downtown.

Rancho Cucamonga is located in San Bernardino Count just east of Los Angeles between Glendora and Fontana along the famous Route 66 near the San Gabriel Mountains.

Rancho Cucamonga is part of the Riverside-San Bernardino, California metro area.
