Discover the vision of the
Sacramento River Discovery Center. Imagine the experience of learning science in a 500-acre outdoor classroom located on the
Sacramento River, managed by the
Mendocino National Forest. Enjoy walking interpretive trails through native riparian habitats such as a riparian forest, floweing grasslands, wetlands, and oak woodlands; or visiting a demonstration agricultural site.
The Visitor's Center is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and the Discovery Garden is always open.
