Schooner Gulch State Beach occupies 70 acres of beach and headlands on the Mendocino Coast. Visitors can enjoy beachcombing and surf fishing. One of the most popular pastimes is watching the sun set.
The beach is 3 miles south of Point Arena at the intersection of Schooner Gulch Road and Highway 1.
