Silver Oak Cellars Napa Valley

Located in Oakville, the winery is on the site of the old Oakville Dairy. The dairy buildings served as the first aging cellars and are still in use today. A new cellar and office facility was completed in 1982 and adjoins the two original dairy buildings.

Silver Oak is a small winery producing 50,000 cases of Cabernet annually. The hospitality room is paneled with redwood from old wine tanks and off to the side is an air conditioned glass wine library which houses every vintage of Silver Oak produced.
