Located just south of Middletown, the casino is operated by the Middletown Rancheria Lake Miwok Tribe. The casino offers video machines including poker and Keno, special bingo events, and card room featuring Pomo 21 and Pai-Gow Poker. Guests may participate in weekly match plays, tournaments and prize drawings. The casino is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
