Online Highways Home > California > Napa City Map with Features William Hill Founded in 1974, William Hill Winery produces premium varietal estate Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery also produces Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot. Two different Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wines are made; a Reserve and a Napa Label of each varietal. Reserve wines are made from the grapes grown on the hillside vineyards. A significant portion of the Reserve blend is held back every year to form the backbone of the Napa Label wines, which are then augmented with wines from neighboring vineyards. William Hill Winery is open for tasting and tours by appointment only. Tasting appointments are $5.00 per person depending on tasting selection.
