The Kindergeld Chalet has 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 4 river rock fireplaces, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite counters. Master 1 has a queen bed, fireplace, whirlpool tub / shower with spectacular meadow views.
Master 2 has a queen bed, private attached deck, large bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower.
The bunk room has 3 sets of custom made bunk beds.
The downstairs bedroom has great meadow views and a queen bed.
There is a queen sleeper sofa downstairs in the great room and another upstairs in the large loft. 2 TV’s, DVD, CD and stereo system, VCR, 2 large decks, 2 car garage, washer, drier and 2 furnace central heat are provided. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

The fair offered premiums (prizes) for its competitions and included such agricultural exhibits such as 2-inch-long peanuts, 72-pound beets and a 10-pound carrot that was longer than 3 feet. Horseracing was part of that first fair and has continued to be a part of the fair ever since.
