The purpose of It's Yoga is to provide a beautiful space while teaching the principles of yoga and imparting a greater sense of purpose and direction to the community and the world at large. Ashtanga is the primary type of yoga taught at the center. In addition to yoga, a general wellness philosophy is adhered to, including Dr. Ann Ernish's chiropractic practice.
