La Roca de Tiza, a romantic three-room mountain home, is located on five wooded acres. It is nestled in the heart of the Sawatch Range, and Chalk Creek Canyon. The Pinon Room has a queen-sized bed and a private bath with tub adjacent to the room. The Juniper Room has a queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with a shower. The Ponderosa Room has a cozy queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with a shower. The two fireplaces are wonderful areas around which to chat, relax, and enjoy the peace of the valley. A full mountain breakfast will be served in the dining room or on the deck. Activities include biking, rock climbing, skiing, fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and whitewater rafting. Attractions include Royal Gorge Bridge, Mt. Princeton, Arkansas River, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Singing Country Ranch, Copper Mountain, and Hot Springs Parks.
