The Home Ranch is a luxury Colorado dude ranch. It is located in the perfect setting of Clark and 18 miles north of Steamboat Springs. In summer, on-ranch activities include world-class horseback riding, fly fishing in the Elk River, and hiking in the Routt National Forest. Winter activities are cross country skiing, ski steamboat springs, and snowshoeing. The ranch's accommodations include eight private cabins and six rooms in the main lodge. Cabins vary in size from a one bedroom studio to a three bedrooms. All are individually appointed with antiques, Indian rugs, wood-burning stoves, coffee pots, and full bath. Breakfast features an extensive buffet of fruit and pastries with hot entrees. Each spring, the Home Ranch donates a week at the ranch to children with cancer and their families.
