Hospice and Palliative Care provides care in patients' homes, in long-term care facilities and at the Inpatient Unit, located on the fourth floor of North Colorado Medical Center. As a comprehensive program, hospice care considers the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each individual. Working closely with patients, families, medical professionals and caregivers, the expert staff focuses on helping people who are terminally ill, live with symptoms under control, in comfort and dignity.
