The Johnstone Inn is an eight room historic boarding house built in 1891 by Maria Johnstone. In 1989 the inn was purchased by myself and thoroughly remodeled and modernized, while retaining all possible original trim and stained glass so guests co uld enjoy the history of the inn. All Johnstone Inn guest rooms offer private marble and brass appointed baths along with individual room televisions. Our guest rooms are decorated with period antiques along with the art of several local artists and photographers. The front parlor offers guests a comfortable visiting area. If you wish you may enjoy a book, game, or visit with another guest. A large picture window offers great views of the beautiful San Juan Mountains and ski area. Winter guests are served apres ski refreshments in front of the fire place.
