Julesburg

This community is located in the extreme northeast corner of the state near the Nebraska state line and lies along the Platte River. Julesburg can be reached via Interstate 76. The community was once a Pony Express stop, and dubbed "the wickedest little town of the West," due to its wild saloons and dance halls. Today, Julesburg is a major shipping center for area agriculture.
