Since 1979, Hospice of Larimer County, a non profit agency, has provided physical, emotional and spiritual care to more than 4,500 terminally ill people, their families and their caregivers. It offers pain and symptom management as well as emotional and spiritual care of dying people and their families. It promotes comfort care and to enhance quality of life. Hospice patients reside at home, at a caregiver's home, or in a long-term care facility.
