The Tall Timber Resort is locatd in the midst of millions of acres of national forest. Tall Timber is located between Durango and the mining settlement of Silverton, but hidden away in the San Juan Mountains away from traffic and crowds. There are no roads or outside automotive access. It provides accommodations and complete personalized service for a maximum of 30 guests. All meals are included. Activities include swimming pool, fishing, hiking and mountain trails.
