Kindred Hospital Denver

Kindred Hospital Denver is located in a four-hospital complex near downtown Denver. The hospital opened its doors to patients in July of 1990 and is JCAHO accredited and Medicare certified as a long-term acute care hospital.

Kindred Hospital Denver is a five-story brick building. Patient care units are housed on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of the hospital. The first floor contains lab, radiology, materials management, dietary and the cafeteria. Clinical managers, case management, medical records, housekeeping and business offices are located on the 2nd floor.

Kindred Healthcare is best known for its pulmonary outcomes and ventilator management. The reputation is widespread throughout the Front Range and Eastern slopes of Colorado, as well as Wyoming and Western Nebraska. Some of our former patients and their families are our most devoted fans. Former patients and families often come back to visit with the staff and enjoy lunch in the cafeteria.
