Silver Wood Inn is a contemporary home set in rural Colorado only 30 miles west of Colorado Springs. The Southwest Room is a large area with spacious windows that open on a fantastic view of Pike's Peak. It includes a queen size bed, private bath, private entrance, spacious closet and dressing area and comfortable seating area. Guests are invited to join their hosts in the Great Room for conversation, table games or just to read and enjoy the fire. Each morning a country gourmet breakfast is served in the dining area of the Great Room. The varied menu includes specialty French toast, quiches, egg casseroles, seasonal fresh fruit, and homemade breads.
