Sun Dog Athletics conducts snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, and hiking courses and tours. Mountain biking programs feature a variety of trails including relatively flat river trails, jeep roads, and Aspen/Snowmass' single tracks. Road bike rides highlight the speed and uphill efficiency. Fitness hiking involves a two to three hour power hike or a slower paced endurance hike. Hiking skills, trekking poles, bottled water and new power bar TM energy bars are incorporated into the program. Snow shoeing equipment is also on offer.
