Timberline Falls is located in
Rocky Mountain National Park, and is a classical segmented falls, narrow at the top then breaking into a series of leaps 70-80' to the bottom. There the water gathers itself back together and hustles and burbles on down through the meadow for a relaxing trip through The Loch. If you climb up the rocks to the west of the falls, you can see Sky Pond and Glass Lake, jewel-like tarns in a glacier-crafted setting incredibly grand and primeval.
