The falls are 105 feet high, a straight leap of Fall Creek to a swift cascade that flows under a footbridge, which provides a closer look at the falls. The falls are located in the
San Juan Mountain Range.
To reach the falls there is a turnoff on 160 opposite the Wolf Creek Campground, with restrooms and a paved 1/4 mile interpretive trail leading to the falls.
