This is the former historic Uncompahgre School nestled in the Uncompahgre Valley between the Uncompahgre Plateau and the Cimarron range. Drive south of Montrose along the scenic byway with views of the snow peaked San Juan Mountain Rrange. Rooms are large, most can sleep 4-5, except for the romantic French Country jacuzzi room which has a king bed and an electric log fireplace; all have private baths. The auditorium is the dining/living room and can accommodate 30 or more for seminars and dinner meetings. Full sumptuous and healthful breakfast are served.
