More than 900 species of ferns and flowering plants, 35 species of mammals and 160 species of birds have been recorded here at the Audubon Fairchild Garden. Trail guides, maps, plant and bird lists and a history of the area are available in the Audubon store. The natural wonders of this extraordinary place can be experienced throughout the year at this 522-acre nature preserve offering family programs and nature trails.
