Hospice of Southeastern Connecticut is the only Medicare Certified Hospice and the only hospice program offering all of the components required by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization throughout New London County. It has been providing care to residents of southeastern Connecticut since 1985. Care is primarily provided in the home, but when this is not possible, Hospice staffs continue to follow the patient in local facilities.
