Located across from the Coast Guard Academy, the museum contains New England furniture, paintings and silver; master drawings and American and European paintings; toys and dollhouses; and Oriental, Greek and Roman art. Contemporary art by local artists is also displayed.
Special exhibits are presented seasonally.
