Greenwich Hospital is a 160-bed institution serving Greenwich, Conn., and the surrounding communities. Greenwich Hospital's home care program was established 40 years ago, and the hospice program (inpatient/home care) was developed and implemented in 1978. The multidisciplinary cancer team meets weekly. More than 100 volunteers provide support to inpatients, outpatients, and home care patients.
