Meriden

Meriden is located in New Haven County north of New Haven, between Kensington and Wallingford, along Interstate 691 near Lamentation Mountain State Park. It has a population of 60,000 and occupies 24 square miles.

The community is the home of Hubbard Park, the largest municipal park in New England. Meriden is part of the New Haven-Meriden, Connecticut metro area.
