The Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association was founded in 1984 and promotes public and professional awareness of Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome (RSD), also known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Their goal is to educate those afflicted with this syndrome, their family, friends, insurance and healthcare providers, on the disabling pain the syndrome causes.
