Comments: I have been with Pandolfi Properties for 13 months. PP like other realtors in New Milford gets you to list with a bunch of unwrittnen promises including the New Milford custom that realtors will realease you from the contract if you are unhappy. PP and their agent Barbara Sivba will not honor either their verbal commitments or this New Milford custom. So beware in this new real estate market as desparate relators step up their claims and their demands rather than their game in order to move property at any price.
