Citronelle

Considered by many to be one of Washington, DC's finest restaurants, Citronelle offers lighter foods and a stylish but less formal atmosphere than many east-coast establishments. Chef Michel Richard was a pioneer in creating the French/California cuisine that is now so prevalent on the West Coast. His style focuses on innovative combinations, witty presentations and always an element of texture.

Meals are served in the open dining room, in the more private back areas near the wine, or at the "chef's table" inside the display kitchen (minimum 6 people at minimum $250 per person). In all cases, jackets are required for dinner.
