This national airport is conveniently located to the entire Metropolitan Washington region in southwest DC, off the George Washington Memorial Parkway with access via I395. Two recently opened pedestrian bridges provide safe access to the Mount Vernon Trail, parallel to the Potomac River. The main terminal building features three levels with ticketing/check-in on Level 1 and concourses on Level 2.
