Mackey’s Public House, an Irish bar, is convenient to both Farragut North on Metro's Red Line and Farragut West on Metro's Blue and Orange lines. It carries some of Ireland's finest beers such as Guinness and Harp. Menu includes a mix of traditional Irish dishes and saloon favorites. The main bar area is decorated in the style that was popular in Dublin in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with dark wood and bar stools. At the back is a big open space decorated in the style of an old Irish country farmhouse with a fireplace and tables and chairs.
