Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts is located in a renovated railroad car factory on the Wilmington Riverfront. This non-collecting contemporary art museum with seven galleries features works by international, national and regional artists. All media including crafts are shown with works of art available for purchase. The building also houses 26 working artist studios, a high-tech auditorium, classroom and gift shop. The DCCA has worked with over sixty community organizations through the educational outreach program, contemporary connections, and the visual arts residency program and continues to establish partnerships in the community.
