Built in 1913, the Playhouse Theatre in
Wilmington, Delaware,
remains one of the finest examples of Victorian architecture,
with a 1,250 seat house. Each season the theatre presents a
subscription series of touring Broadway shows and often previews
new works that are Broadway-bound.
