Bay Road has cottages and a beach condo. Cottages have wooden structures of a bygone era. Each cottage has central heat or air conditioning and accommodates either four or six adults. All have screened porches, full baths with shower stalls, and fully equipped kitchens. Each cottage also has an outside hot or cold shower. Basic telephone and cable service is included. The condo unit has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room, and screened porch.
