Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace is the principal estate of the dukes of Marlborough. It was granted to John Churchill, the first duke, by Queen Anne. The name was to commemorate Churchill's famous victory at Blenheim, Germany, in 1704. Blenheim Palace is on the River Glyme near Woodstock in Oxfordshire.
